anoseforclothes.com offers reliable shipping via UPS. Orders received by midnight EST Time will be processed and shipped once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. P.O. Boxes can not receive UPS deliveries.
anoseforclothes.com standard delivery service (within the United States) is UPS 3-Day Select, so your order should arrive no later than 4-8 business days. Packages can be shipped Express (2nd Day Air Saver) within the continental United States. Express orders (within the United States) should arrive within 3-4 business days. At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery service or next day air. All orders to Germany and Switzerland are shipped UPS Worldwide Express, so your order should arrive no later than 4-8 business days.
To ensure the safe delivery of your package, UPS requires an adult signature for all deliveries
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your anoseforclothes.com purchase. If you are not, simply return your unworn ANFC merchandise with the tags attached within 7 days of receipt (see easy steps below).
If you wish to make a return by mail, please follow these easy steps:
In order to facilitate your return, a return authorization number (RA#) must be clearly visible on your return package. Without your return authorization number (RA#) your return package will not be accepted and therefore returned back to you without any credit. Follow return instructions for fast and easy credit.
- Request a return authorization number by clicking here and filling in the form.
Package must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt of your RA#.
- You will receive your return authorization number via email within 48 hours of your request.
- It is important to remember that returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Make sure your name, address and return authorization number is stated clearly on the return address portion of the package.
- If you ship from a mailing center, they typically use their address, so be sure to request that your address and RA# be featured.

Store purchases:
Merchandise purchased in an ANoseForClothes store can only be returned to your local ANoseForClothes location.
Once we have received your unworn ANFC merchandise with the tags attached we will email you a confirmation of credit to the card used for the original purchase. anoseforclothes.com does not issue store credits. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that ANFC cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. Online purchases may not be returned to any ANoseForClothes store location. Returns of online purchases must be made to our online store by mail only.
- Gift Certificate purchases are non-returnable
- All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
- When returning by mail, allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Price adjustments are not available on any purchase
- Accessory items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- No credit or refunds will be issued on shipping costs. We will only reimburse shipping charges on damaged or defective merchandise upon receipt.

anoseforclothes.com strives to offer you great designer merchandise at the best possible value. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
